Staff

One of the delights of staying in a private villa is having the support of well-trained staff who provide Bali-style hospitality personalised to individual needs, leaving guests to relax and focus on enjoying their stay. Villa Nica’s gracious staff members are on hand when required, and disappear behind the scenes when not needed.

Villa Manager

The English-speaking manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa including staffing, service standards and guest satisfaction. He meets guests on arrival, and is happy to give guidance on what to do during the stay.

Chef

The villa’s highly experienced chef prepares Balinese, Asian, international and children’s dishes from an extensive suggestions menu, taking in special requests and dietary requirements.

Butlers

The butlers take meal orders, wait at tables, serve poolside snacks and drinks, and assist with kitchen duties when required.

Housekeepers

Our attendants take care of the villa, cleaning and tidying throughout the day and preparing the bedrooms at night.

Security

A security guard is on duty throughout the night, seven days a week.

Gardener

The gardening team maintains the beautiful garden, lawns and swimming pools.
